LaCenterra, a 300,000 square-foot, mixed-use town center is a lifestyle development located at Cinco Ranch Boulevard and The Grand Parkway (TX 99). This visionary development employs over 1,500 people and has created a strong “sense of place” and destination for Katy area residents with outstanding annual events like the July 4th Backyard Barbeque, Winter Holiday Celebration and Farmers Market. Upscale retail and dining opportunities abound with "Class A" office space located above the first floor retail stores. Central Green, an outdoor amphitheater, has been constructed to accommodate over 1,200 people.
Roughly one mile south off TX 99 at Fry Road, Whole Foods anchors the upscale Grand Lakes Center Marketplace.

Old Town Katy is located in the City of Katy and includes the new City Hall site, which is under construction, north of I-10.
