This expansion into non-traditional fields offers a proven, cost-effective solution for developing a highly skilled workforce throughout Texas.

Registered Apprenticeships provide paid work experience, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, mentorship, and portable credentials. This employer-driven model ensures a significant return on investment, with $1.47 gained for every $1 spent and a 93% employee retention rate.
